Classes & programs

Weight Loss

Personal trainers have an extensive background and education in body physiology, exercise technique, fitness assessment, nutrition and many other fitness topics. They can identify your personal strengths and weaknesses and create a program that helps you reach your goal faster.

Powerlifting

Our facility is highly equipped with specialized equipment to maximize any and all strengths sports.  Powerlifting is a strength sport that consists of three attempts at maximal weight on three lifts: squat, bench press, and deadlift. 

Circuit training
Our circuit training regimen is a form of body conditioning and endurance training with resistance training using a high-intensity workout. We primarily target strength training and muscular endurance. We break up the workouts in a high-intensity fashion clustering groups of exercises to get your body maximizing fat loss. When one circuit is complete, you begin the first exercise again for the next circuit. Traditionally, the time between exercises in circuit training is short, often with rapid movement to the next exercise creating an excellent routine to shape your body quickly!
Crossfit

Crossfit is a type of training that will make you stronger, fitter, tougher, more toned, and build muscle across a wide range of different exercises. It uses varying degrees of intensity, timing with Olympic lifts in order to test your body in different ways. It is not just a fad, cross fit has been making huge waves worldwide and is here to stay. At our gym, we help guide you in training for it and have all the equipment you need.

Yoga

Strong muscles do more when they move correctly and feel good. They also protect us from conditions like arthritis and back pain while helping to prevent falls in elderly people. And when you build proper balance with flexibility, you reduce injury.  If you just went to the gym and lifted weights, you might build strength at the expense of flexibility. We have everything you need to get started today with world-class Yoga instructors at your fingertips.

Strongman

Our strongman programs involve building overall strength and conditioning throughout the body using tools and equipment you won't normally use. Strongman training is amazing for all fitness levels and for all ages. The programs will get you in incredible shape while building unbelievable strength.

The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. The facility isn’t huge but it has everything you need and was very clean and well maintained. I cannot thank them enough for staying open when everyone else had closed up for the storm. This shows how much they care about their members.
